Broken Spindles is a side project of Joel Petersen from The Faint. Heard this track from them 'Introvert' the other day and I was mightily impressed. Great driving track that perfectly balances electronics and live guitars/drums in a compact 2 mins.
They just released their second album Kiss/Kick on their label Blank Wav.
They have a few more tracks you can sample on their myspace page from the new record as well as from their first one.
