Elephant Parade are a lo-fi NYC duo. Recently they contacted Off the Radar and sent along their new single 'Grand Opening' from their forthcoming sophmore album Home. Seems they only use freeware software and a cheap plastic mic in their recording process. Considering how amazing 'Grand Central' sounds that's a pretty spectacular achievement! I always thought the most important thing in music is having interesting ideas anyways.
With no further ado check out the beautiful 'Grand Central' that reminds me a bit of The Sundays, plus a video I saw on their myspace for 'For You' off their debut record Bedroom Recordings.
