Just ran across this great video from new Norwegian band Young Dreams for their self titled track "Young Dreams". The track is from an upcoming EP, due in April I believe. The vid features two latchkey siblings making a mess trying to entertain themselves in an empty, and pretty awesome, home.
Young Dreams mellow lo-fi sound has been described as "tropical pop", which seems a bit funny coming from a Norwegian band, but i can see it. This style of music seems to be gaining quite a bit of popularity these days, which is fine with me. Perfect for that spring/summer playlist!
