A band that slipped my radar last year is Louisville, Kentucky's The Pass. They contacted us recently and sent us a copy of their 2010 album Burst and it is exquisite! Every track is just as good as the one before it, making it impossible to stop at just one. Indie pop at it's best! Fans of bands like Passion Pit will love them.
Check out the excellent album opener "Treatment of the Sun", plus "Walk Away" that they released a video for that you can see below. Be on the lookout if they come to your neck of the woods. Their tour dates are on their facebook page I linked above. Don't wanna miss these guys. You can stream the entire album on their soundcloud and it is available on Amazon for only $5.99. Totally worth it. Highly recommended.
