Chateau Marmont is an electro-pop four-piece from Paris, France. Their sound could easily be compared to bands like Daft Punk, Bag Raiders, Royksopp, Air, etc. They just recently released their debut EP Solar Apex.
The band is known for their stunning remixes of acts like La Roux, Heartsrevolution, Midnight Juggernauts, and Peter, Bjorn & John.
If you are into any of the aformentioned bands or good music in general, then check this group out. They are definitely one of the up and coming bands to watch in 2009. Here is my favorite track from their EP, as well as the remix for Ultraviolence by Heartsrevolution.
